Well, we at Peugeot have a unique opportunity to offer existing customers the chance to help maintain those standards by participating in a Mystery Shopping Campaign.
The campaign is based around measuring customer experience when taking your vehicle in for a service. The results of the activity are used to highlight any opportunities for us to increase performance in the service you receive and also areas required for coaching and training at our dealerships.
To show our appreciation for you participating in the campaign, we are offering £85 towards the cost of your vehicle service. All we need to do is to arrange for one of our professional mystery shoppers to accompany you into a local dealership when taking your vehicle in for a routine service.
